Blue Endzones?

Either way, this looks real good.

I've already made it clear that I think this is a small or non-factor, not something that would cause a team to lose all home games. BUT, for the sake of argument, I don't think Boise State would be a good indicator anyway because they rarely or never play tough teams at home.

The main argument about Boise isn't that the endzone or field is the same color as the jerseys, it's that the turf is freaking SMURF BLUE!! and it's the same color.

I didn't see the Eagles or Oregon Ducks having any issues playing on green fields and endzones and don't anticipate any with MICHIGAN.

Though perhaps Harbaugh should coach the QBs to wait to throw until "you see the MAIZE of their PANTS!!!"

Uh oh ....what if we play Iowa?

This is no laughing matter. Visibility and contrast is why we have winged helmets.

My post was in response to the many Michigan fans that fill any thread with the tired ol' "I don't care, we just have to start winning" line, imagined in the most whiniest voice possible...

Ohh I didnt think of that. Blue uniforms and a blue endzone. I actually think it may hurt the defenders more than our QB. Kind of like when teams complained because Boise would wear blue uniforms that matched their field.

This

Blue end zones will be double awesome with our all blue uni's. Imagine someone sitting in the corner all alone for the game winner. Sneeking away unseen from his pursuer. I like this small advantage.

Long as we win .. paint them purple or pink or bright yellow. Just win !

The numbers on the field are in the Nike/Jordan font too. And the M on the 50 is bigger.

Is the grass different too? Looks new.

the last thing they need to be doing is making it harder for you guys to score touchdowns...

Seems like with all thats going on in E Lansing, the last thing any Sparty should be doing is talking smack.

why? did you stop talking smack when your coaches and administration were covering a rape case involving witness intimidation so they could keep their star lineman and kicker eligible?

I can answer this:
Yes. None of us were talking smack then.

Also:

An Isolated incident that saw a player eventually booted from school does not equal YEARS of sexual abuse, hundreds of victims, multiple complaints ignored by the administration, a $500MM settlement, failure to comply with a federal investigation, multiple resignations and people charged, and complete chaos...

you can't answer that correctly - there was plenty of smack talk going around.

who said they were equal? the point is, unsurprisingly lost on you, smack talk doesn't equal and endorsement of anything that happened and trying to link the two is moronic.

Jesus Christ.

There is nothing - not even the horrific Penn State child rape scandal - as awful as what happened over all these years in East Lansing - the cover up from the administration, turning a blind eye while women athletes were being repeatedly raped and assaulted.

It's fucking vile and reprehensible that you'd defend it. Absolutely abhorrent. Fuck football.
