Blue Endzones?

of course not - Spartans have the best BBQs. We used to roast a pig every year for the Michigan game - that was probably back before you moved down south, when you still thought roasting a pig meant grilling hot dogs.

This is a lie. Could have been a misconception the first time you said it, but since I corrected you and you're still saying this, it's most likely a lie.

I don't follow

edit: I think I follow. We're in different places on this. I don't think I'm striking a nerve. To refresh your memory, the other time this came up, I mentioned how difficult it was to show a person knew what they were saying wasn't true.

I don't think it's true, I just enjoy using that response when you joke about Spartans confusing grilling with BBQ'ing. They're not exactly equivalent - yours is a generalization, mine more personal - but presumably both sarcastic, so close enough.

The bigger difference is that I believe a lot of Spartans confuse grilling and BBQ'ing.

a lot of Spartans also can't take a drink without dribbling liquid down their chin and front of their shirt.

I doubt it any more common among Spartans than any other school, except for those in the ACC, SEC and Big 12 south (if that still exists).
