I’ve never heard it used to describe a drinking game. I’ve only heard of it as a threesome with two dudes and a chick.

Now dudes that age think about sex a lot. Dudes of every age really think about sex a lot but especially that age. Back when I was that age and interacting with chicks of that age it was my impression that many chicks of that age also thought about sex a lot.

I didn't watch his or her testimony live but I did hear something about it from CNN - basically their disbelief in his claim that it was a drinking game. Edit: personally, I don't see the appeal in any threesome involving another dude.
