Cabrera a batting title

Can Miggy reach 30 hr as well?? Didn't look possible a week ago, but after 3 in 3 games and the way he's been swinging the bat this month (.403) I'd say its almost a lock he gets at least one against Cleveland.

.408 since August 1st. This guy is the best hitter I've ever seen in a Tiger uniform, period. The guy can do whatever he wants.

No batting champs for 46 years and then 2 in 5?
1961- Norm Cash
2007- Maggs
2011- Cabrera (?)

He really is amazing.

In what was considered a down year just a few weeks ago, the guy is actually having his best offensive/all around season.

The worst part is that he barely gets any recognition outside of Detroit. That smug tool Keith Law has Cabrera at 8th on his MVP ballot. 5 spots behind Ian Kinsler... WTF!?!!!?!?

gonzalez .338

Great and he'll be facing another rookie tomorrow. Miggy needs a multi hit game tomorrow to put it away. Who's Cleveland running out there in the finale?

rookie by the name of mcallister

Hopefully they have a good scouting report on him. If Miggy can maintain the 3 point lead over night I like his chances. Let's hope Young doesn't go 5-5 or sumthin crazy like that tonight
