His combined stats for those three games were:
70/120 (58.33%), 809 yds, 5 TDs, 3 INT, 82.3 rating. So a bit below his season average. Those stats would put him at 26th in the league. That is not good. 2 of those three teams (NO and ATL) were the worst two defenses in the league.
I think you don't understand the QB level of this day and age. Yes if this was early 2000s, that would of been good. But in 2014 it is not good.
22 and 23 points. 17 against Minnesota missing 2 FGs. Plenty of points and wins. Tate had monster days.
TEs were out, Calvin was out. Stafford did well still. Two of those picks were not his fault. Thompson bad hands and Fuller slipped against Atlanta. Stafford played well without Calvin and TEs.
He was 67% against Saints. Good second half againt Atlanta and had 325 yards. Did plenty at Minnesota with no picks.
5 TDS 1 int truly for him. Great job by Stafford.
