I said in October we should have pulled the trigger on that deal. It was glaringly obvious then that we would be looking for a #2 in the upcoming draft. IMO, Gordon was better than ANYONE coming out.

Tough to blame Mayhew for not doing it........31 other GM's would do it now too if it were offered. There were just too many red flags at the time.

Nobody has a clue what we offered the Browns for Gordon. It was said we were close to a deal with the Browns but it was all speculation.

Tough to blame Mayhew? Jesus fn Christ lol. You can't blame anyone for it. I love how people blame Mayhew for not acquiring Gordon last year. It's absolutely fn mindboggling at times.

Yeah there are plenty of red flags and dude is one legal mishap away from being suspended the entire season..... That could have been a big factor in the decision not to trade for him as well.

I'm sure it was.....but a Megatron/Gordon combo would EASILY be the best in the NFL.

Oh well.

I just hope the revolving door that is our #2 WR stops this offseason.
