Buffalo, really? Plus I don't want the state of NY having 3 teams. Put them in Oklahoma, they seem like they could support a team. I know that's football country but man it could be huge.

Lessee..Islanders, Rangers, Sabres, and you could make a case for the NJ Devils having fans living in the state of NY.

But...I only meant to use Buffalo as an example anyway....I always thought that it was a bit strange that the cold winter-weather state of Wisconsin never had an NHL team, and Ohio finally landed the crappy "Columbus Blue Jackets", after the NHL tried and failed with a team in Cleveland (the "Barons" for two seasons in the mid-70s.)

Perhaps Indianapolis could support an MLB team, although they only have an NFL team presently, like OKC now has the ex-Sonics of Seattle NBA team "Thunder" and Utah has the "Jazz". What does the state of Utah have to do with jazz music anyway? Perhaps they should have renamed them the "Tumbleweeds" or the "Borax"..lol.
