I'm okay with Taylor, Jones and Ansah as our DEs. We could always use more depth at that position.

Can Jones even walk yet? And ya....after taylor we have no depth....so I place DE at a pretty drastic need. I think its a perfect spot for a 1 year trial guy that got dumped like a peppers. Corner we only need if its an upgrade. We don't need anymore mid round guys that just linger around for 4 years. We have depth....its just not quality depth. safety looks horrid ill agree....but not so sure how early you need to address it in the draft. Can probably get a day 1 starter in rd 3.

Add in the fact that Ansah missed a bunch of games and is having surgery.

Jason Babin or Robert Ayers would be my low cost choice for prove it guys.

Allens off year last year is semi scary....not sure what you attribute it to...and definitely not sure if you can tie it to old age. Im more inclined to give peppers the benefit of the doubt moreso than Allen for some reason. Maybe im racists against whities....

But to answer your question...he had a visit with Denver which is likely not happening now that they signed Ware. Havent heard much since then.

He's threatening to retire if teams don't meet his contract demands. The Seahawks were rumored to be one of his preferred spots.

Allen is getting some low offers out there. How low? No clue, but obviously enough to make him feel he's "underappreciated".

Of course, I think Allen feels like he should be breaking the bank, and it's not going to happen. I hope the Lions at least float an offer out there to see if the guy wants a couple of million more than he wants his couch.
