Jim Caldwell said no decision has been made on who will be the team's starting kick and punt returner and will be. Jace Billingsley, TJ Jones, Jamal Agnew and Dwayne Washington among the guys vying for the role.

Matthew Stafford, Rick Wagner, Kenny Golladay, Miles Killebrew, Tahir Whitehead, T.J. Lang and Zach Zenner the Lions not participating in open portion of practice on a rainy Monday outdoors. Stafford watched practice from the side. Tight ends Eric Ebron and Cole Wick both practiced -- the second time Ebron has practiced since his hamstring injury.

Not too concerned about Matthew Stafford not practicing. There has been weather today and he isn't expected to play Thursday.
