Detroit Lions - Team Notes

Jim Caldwell has different regimens for 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and night games.
It's a specific routine. He said "I read my Bible every morning. Early."
Between 4:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. For a night game? Said it's mostly because he can't sleep. Didn't want to get into the rest of the routine.

Lions captains for Monday Night Football against the Giants: C Travis Swanson, DT Haloti Ngata, K Matt Prater.

Haloti Ngata and T.J. Lang not spotted during the open portion of Lions practice Saturday. Should be rest days for both of them. Should be good to go Monday against the Giants.

Lions list DE Ezekiel Ansah as questionable for Monday Night against New York. He is, however, expected to play. Lions are healthy other than that. He was the only player listed on the game status report.
