Should Don Kelly not make Tigers Opening Day roster, he confirmed he would not opt out of his minor-league contract. He still hasn't heard.

Kelly said 1st option is Detroit, 2nd, Tigers try to find big league situation for him, 3rd is Toledo.

Don Kelly is not exercising his opt-out clause. Tigers supposedly will try to find another situation for him if he doesn't make team.
