I'm going to go ahead and call it early for Gilbert. I think that's a safe bet.

Ruff PMed his pick. He has the Titans are taking Lewan. Tony the G-Men are on the clock.

My selection of HHCD is based on a trade down scenario. I'd prefer that and getting an extra pick or two to Gilbert.

I would trade down too. If someone wants to grab Matthews, we can still grab HH, Dennard, or Pryor.

With the 12th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the NY Giants select ....LT Jake Matthews from Texas A&M.

Almost went playmaker here, but didn't feel any of them were worthy over Big Jake. This kid is a beast. He does everything top notch. His pedigree speaks for itself and he's a stud LT for the next 10 years from day 1.

Oh, and the Giants had G Justin Pugh playing LT for them last year. Moves him back to Guard...no brainer.

"With the 14th selection in the 2014 DSF forum draft, the Bears select DT Aaron Donald from Pitt, in an effort to fix the worst rush defense during the 2013 NFL season, so bad that it was 25 yards per game worse than the next team, a horridly bad rush defense of epic proportions, so bad that the Detroit Lions, in two contests, were able to average 152 ypg while winning twice against the supposed Monsters of the Midway." -- Phil Emery.

Steelers, kmd, you are on the clock.

With the 15th pick in the DSF mock draft, the Steelers select Darqueze Denard from the Michigan State University. The defensive secondary in Pittsburgh is old and Denard provides instant impact and upgrade. Denard should be able to step right in and start opposite of, and learn from Ike Taylor and William Gay. Considered WR, DE, and S here but felt Denard was best avaiable. Strongly considered WR and TE here do to lack of skill players on the team currently, but feel none that were left are worthy of the 15th overall pick.

zoom gave me his top 3 for the cowboys. those are...

1. Aaron Donald DT
2. Tim Jernigan DT
3. Anthony Barr DE/OLB

Seeing as Donald has been drafted, Tim Jernigan will be his pick. Baltimore Ravens and lgolfer, you're on the clock.

With the 17th pick of the DSF draft, the Ravens select Marqise Lee from the University of Southern California. The Ravens need help at WR, O-line, and FS, but with Haha and the top 3 OTs off the board, they decided to select Lee.

If he's able to stay healthy, Lee is a great WR who runs crisp routes, catches the ball away from his body, and has great acceleration after the catch.

New York Jets and Tony, you're on the clock.

Lee upgrades their WR core and would be great across from Smith. The Jets are super on Lee so in reality they would likely be pissed if he went one pick ahead.

With the 18th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the NY Jets select... TE Eric Ebron from the University of North Carolina.

This team is a trainwreck. They need playmakers. They went out and got Eric Decker and this gives them a solid one-two punch receiving wise. Geno Smith or whoever gets their safety valve in Ebron.
