Election Aftermath

I thought they were talking about the House where the do nothing Mitch resides ?

Yeah, McConnell is actually the Republican leader in the Senate - technically the Senate Minority Leader, I guess, due to Kamala Harris?s tie breaking vote - not the House of Representatives.

But at least you got the political party right and the physical location in the universe of Mitch McConnell like, really, really close (hint - it?s on the other side of the Capitol Rotunda from the HOR).

I'd actually prefer Trump as speaker he could then start up impeachment proceedings and ensure proper follow ups and accountabilities for all 4+ of those years of constant trumped up get trump at all cost BS they all put the country through, there still needs to be accountability for all that crap while we'd all be better off with the next president being one the supports the trump America first policies while not being someone so polarizing and thin skinned.

someone like Jordan, Cruz, Desantis, B Owens, Paul, Noem in no particular order.

you could say it's the closest he's come to getting something right - closest by far, so far it's not even close.

Trump on fox business this morning said 2022 run for congress highly unlikely. :-( I really think he should. Dunno for sure but suspect he still thinks he?s somehow going to be returned to the White House after election audit process plays out. Once he realizes that?s not going to happen maybe he?ll chance his mind.

He could register as Democrat in New York and try to primary Schuster for the Dem nomination for that Senate seat up in 2022.

EDIT: AOC is already probably going to try to primary Schumer...so if Trump joined in, that would be just a lot of fun.

Let?s say I was teaching Klingons in a galaxy far, far away.

Off the top of my head I asked my class ?where does Mitch McConnell dwell??

Some Klingon kid raises his hand and answers ?the Universe as we know it, the Milky Way Galaxy, the Solar System of the Sun, Planet Earth, the Continent of North America, the United States, Washington D.C., Capitol Hill, the Chamber of the House of Representatives...?

I would have to give that Klingon kid at least an A- for that answer.

At least.

At least, but you can't mix Star Trek with Star Wars references. Fans of those franchises are more divided than Rs and Ds and it's not even close. They're like Sunnis and Shi'ites - basically believe the same shit but if they weren't all a bunch of wimpy geeks and nerds, (and if laser guns and light swords were real) they'd be killing each other en masse over their minor differences.

I think Michael Moore is a registered voter in New York who is known to be pro-life, isn?t he?

Maybe Trump can get his vote.

doubtful - a quick Bing search of "Michael Moore abortion" brings up an article where Moore refers to Alabama as Talibama after they passed a law restricting abortion. From his Wikipedia page "Moore was raised a Catholic but disagrees with church teaching on subjects such as abortion and same-sex marriage."
