For the record, this doesn't mean I think all the stupid allegations being posted by the usual suspects are valid.

None of this stuff has held up in court - and the only lawyers they're getting to actually file briefs on their behalf are like the ones that have trouble spelling...

Trump barely won in 2016, and only then with the electoral vote, not the popular vote (but that election was fair, I guess? even with crooked Hillary on the other end?) ... it's not like much of a stretch to see that after 4 years of constant bad press and other stupid antics some additional voters would be turned off by him.

Like if you accept 2016 was "fair" only because your guy won, and 2020 was not fair because he lost, you might be a tad openly biased...

All of that shit cited was a joke, completely ignoring the context of Covid for the increase of mail in ballots.

I think you must be smart enough to understand this but are arguing just to be a dick (no surprise). Trump's team filed lawsuits to ensure that mail in ballots couldn't be counted until election day or the day after in some cases. They knew that Republicans were more likely to be less Covid cautious and would vote in person, which would give him a lead and he would claim victory before all of the votes were counted. If they were able to be counted before, that obviously wouldn't have happened. In the states where they were able to count early (Florida, Ohio), Biden had an early lead and then lost it as the in person votes were counted.

Heaven forbid that elections that are generally decided by a few counties in a small amount of states could elect a Democrat over the republican who had low approval #s and was constantly trailing in the polls.

Mail in voting drop boxes are a huge mistake and it should be election day not election month. Valid legal absentees aside, In person with and ID for starters. that's not engineering results it's wanting to be able to trust election results.

No, it was evidence and none of it was dependent in any way on the increase in mail in ballots - it all had to do with the abrogation of state constitutions, shady/illegal tactics of pollsters and the security of those ballots and in some cases, how mail in ballots were treated differently, subject to less scrutiny than in prior elections.
