Could not stop watching CK after starting it. Not sure how many of you guys watched How I Met Your Mother, but ?the real? Karate Kid, Billy Zabka (he?s sometimes billed as Billy, but usually William) appeared in seven episodes as himself; Macchio was in one of the episodes as himself too.

Waited for what seemed like a lifetime for The Karate Kid to be available on disc from Netflix.

So glad I don't have cable and currently am even without an antenna. All we have right now is a TV on the floor w/ a Roku in front of a big chair and some bean bags. Watching Cobra Kai season 2 with my kids is way more fun than the shit show that must be on TV news right now.

The total votes this year are quite overwhelming over 2016.

Probably because in 2016 Hillary got the Dem nomination by playing dirty, which soured her with many dem voters, plus since all the polls had her winning easily, many dems just didn't bother to vote.

Trump on the other hand, had his MAGA crowd, but it had not reached the insane number of sycophants he had in this election, many of whom I work with and laugh at when they say things like "new civil-war coming", "Trump just packed the Supreme Court, they'll side with him!", and my absolute favorite, "I got my AR-15 ready for when they try to make Trump leave the White House, we'll burn down D.C if we have to".

Either way, both parties have urged people for years to get out there and fucking vote, seems like they listened this time.

I think it could be.

If they were actually making threats I think that would be terrorism.

The commission of actions that are obviously intended to result in a terrorist act is also terrorism, I think. I think people have been charged and convicted for that.

I can?t see the media validating this. More like ?Biden will rely on ?experts? to ?solve? COVID-19.?

COVID coverage will diminish for certain, especially in the way that government is ?failing miserably? ... it left the front pages once already in the wake of the summer 2020 riots. I expect only the ?wear your masks? mantra to be more amplified and strident.

Watch for an escalation in racial tension among us laboring serfs as the corporate-media-machine attempts to turn us against each other even more that presently To generate more opportunity for its sponsors to push products that will ease our tension: drugs, booze, and sex. The unholy trinity, infesting our bodies, brains and souls.

My wife said that alcohol sales at the Whole Foods where she works what 2X higher on Election Day than it was the previous Nov 3, 2019.

We need to cease being the sheep and chattel that the Uber-wealthy and influential depend upon for their existence. We need to shut off the TV, computers, phones en masse to cause a dearth of response to their pre-meditated prevarications.

Well, everybody gets drunk on Election Day.

For several years, I haven’t gotten more drunk on Election Day than any other day.

My last visit to the doctor - it was to get fitted for a CPAP because some sleep study the wife made me do had demonstrated “severe” sleep apnea - like off the charts severe - like “how can you possibly not be dead?” severe - the doctor was astonished that my apnea could be as severe as it is, I drink as heavily as I do, but I’m as physically fit as I am.

“Well, all my life, I’ve been pretty committed to my workout regimen.”

He cancelled the CPAP, recommended that I drink more, maybe mix in some more lethal narcotics, and cut back on the fitness regimen.

“Otherwise, you may end up living longer than you want - which sucks for anyone.”

I knew what he was talkin’ about.
