Sure but his accuracy blew.. it blew bad.
Just a pathetic pathetic performance from the coaching staff. We have so much talent, but it's going to be wasted by our clueless coaches.

dline sacks create turnovers sometimes...oh wait..Hurries and qb hits are more important
What talent showed up today? All i saw was the QB that has accuracy issues, the WRs that can catch, the secondary that cant catch or defend, and the D-line that can't beat the man in front of them
While this team does have talent, they did not show it today. The coaches made a few bad calls (fake was horrible), but the players need to make plays and they did not.
The Lions played poor today, no question about it. Part of it may have been the weather, but Stafford was definitely not up to par accuracy wise either. I highly doubt he has another game as poor as this one the rest of the season, so at least that's something positive looking forward. We only have 1 outdoor game left the rest of the season.
The DLine needs to be called out and called out hard. I said in the prediction thread that I didn't understand the hype these guys get, and experts were writing it was a HUGE advantage for us against the Steelers. Ummmm yea not so much. Secondary forgot how to tackle as well, which never helps.
The fake FG, I dunno yeah in hindsight obviously it's an awful awful call. I personally kind of liked it though. Going for the throat on the road takes balls, and too many teams play it safe and it ends up burning them in the end. You're in a position where the defense is not going to expect it at all as well, which should work in your favor. The play itself was badly designed though.
4th best pass D in league..
