Game 11: Vikings @ Lions *Thanksgiving* Thread

Another wasted season.

Yup, now onto our typical week 11 draft discussion. Nah, I'm bouncing for the year. Enjoy the rest of the season without watching the Lions, I'll watch the real teams

Flat out sucks that we can't win at home when we need to.

2-4 home, 4-1 road.

Different records than usual, but same end result.

Wouldn't put it past the Lions to lose all 3 home games vs their division rivals.

Rebuild time on defense. Give Stafford a defense that allows 17 ppg

Defense played plenty good enough verses the Steelers . When is Stafford gping to win a big game ?
5-47 verses teams with winning records . Embarssing we can't get a line or find a decent running back.

Doesn't it seem like high priced QB have somewhat poor defense? Maybe because they don't have the money to improve or they want the QB to succeed so they add a lot to the offense?

The defense is too inconsistent, they look absolutely terrible at times.

2 division titles in 60 years, just as pathetic as 1 playoff win in 50.

So I guess we need some teams to lose on Sunday. What's the outlook on a wildcard?

Lions should have an advantage next week. They have a week and a half to prepare for Baltimore while Baltimore plays Monday night. This team better not come out flat again.

Not the NFL of old. You don't need a high profile QB. With good defense you can win with Case Keenum.

Rooting guide

Chargers over Cowboys
Giants over Redskins

Bucs over Falcons
Jets over Panthers
49ers over Seahawks
Steelers over Packers
Probably Saints over Rams
