Saints score a TD to get within 19-13 against Lions -- but they burned a timeout and ran out of replay challenges when they believed WR Brandin Cooks scored instead of being tackled at the 1-yard line.
Cooks' knee was never down, but part of his arm may have been down as he was regaining his balance.
