Game 14: Lions @ Saints *Monday Night* Thread

I blame that fumble on me. When he returned the kick I was thinking...he's done a good job of hanging onto the ball as the season's gone on. Next play, fumble, Saints ball.

Don't you dare try and steal Caldwell's thunder lol

I don't know how you can claim clear recovery though when the whistle was blowing the whole time and players stop

So now you should play after the whistle even though you could get penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct if you bump into someone.

Fuck the NFL.

Yippee lets draft a Running back who had a bunch of concussions and another one who fumbles non-stop in college !!!!

LIONS FANTASTIC SCOUTING!!!!

that's the new thing since replay started looking at fumbles. if the whistle blows, it means little. only thing it stops is an advancement of the recovered fumble, but the fumble being legit is not determined by the whistle. go after any and all loose footballs at all times. the players should know that by now, replay has been around long enough.

My wife makes me feel like a wizard. I call this game from beginning to end and she laughs and says "Yep, you know you team" :)

Saints in complete control now, No franchise in the history of the universe is better at self destructing than our lions!

I wonder what the record is for total blown points in a season? Lions have to be close to setting that record if they haven't already.
