If Boyd and Turnbull keep this rolling it's not a bad couple guys to add the young arms to in the near future.

I'm assuming Fulmer will likely not be the same.

Well we scored 5 runs today. We're 5-1 when we score 5 runs or more...too bad it's such a rarity.

Brandon Dixon covered 107 feet on his diving catch in top 10th, according to Statcast. Sprint speed of 29.9 ft/sec was just shy of elite threshold of 30.

Spencer Turnbull has allowed two earned runs in 24 innings over his last four starts. He has two wins and two no-decisions.

Bless You Boys Tigers Blog Podcast Weekend Edition #4: More dingers, less talking, Miguel. 68 minutes.
Staff writer and editor Brandon Day takes a look around the week?s news in the Tigers? organization.

We?re back with another weekend edition of the BYB Podcast. The Tigers continue to look good some days, and terrible on others, and it all comes back to the starting rotation. However, Spencer Turnbull has really given the Tigers another strong rotation option, while Ronny Rodriguez continues to fill a void offensively with a red-hot start to the season.

We?ll look at some rather unnecessary comments from Miguel Cabrera on his lack of home run power and who is to blame. Probably the big man should just stop talking to the media if even the most obvious questions elicit this kind of nonsense as a response.

Finally, it?s been a very nice opening month for a lot of the Tigers? top prospects. We?ll talk Mize, Manning, and Alex Faedo, mention a few sleepers making waves, and process the current state of the rebuild.

Good ol’ Legendary Lloyd, haven’t complained about him this year cuz my expectations were low to begin with but completely agree, long past time for that overseer of this pathetic offense to get the boot. He can take a base with him to if he’d like

"See the ball, hit the ball." What's the problem with that approach? It worked for Ty Cobb.

EDIT: Noticed that the Tigers' Pythagorean W-L: 12-19.
