Game 31 Tigers vs. Royals May 5, 2019

My arm chair hitting instructor observations are that most of the Tiger hitters are a hair late on just about every fastball they are thrown irregardless of the speed and it's been like this all year so far. Their timing mecks are off not getting the front foot down quick enough and or it's too slow motion and Nicks rocking timer isn't as pronounced as it was last year. I don't know if Lloyd sees all this or not in the film study. I'm guessing he doesn't because if he did you'd think they would have sorted that out by now and they havn't.

And Hitting 101 is "set for dead red and adjust" and "if you are late on 'red' initiate your stride sooner."

it's almost as if they are sitting on off speed instead of dead red lotta times it's bizarre and abnormal.
