Game 4: Chiefs @ Lions Thread

Jesus I fucking hate the NFL. Just a freaking fair shake. Plus we have to stop giving games away. Even with these missed calls we still should have won.

you sound like a whiny little bitch. You only see the plays / calls that go against your favorite teams. If you would open your eyes a little you would see that there are bad calls that go both ways.

There were none that went the lions way

There are actual penalties called on chiefs. But there are no errors that go lions way

8 errors for chiefs favor. 0 for lions. Go ahead and find 4 errors in lions favor. You can watch the replay

There was one face mask called on the chiefs that wasn?t a face mask so I think it was 8-1 but yeah did you count the neck tackle on snacks on the 1 yard go ahead TD by the chiefs that should have taken it back 10 yards with 20 seconds to go could have still held it to a FG there

Oh well

Maybe we can hang up another we fk up apology letter in the rafters those things are gold!

Thr problem is it wasnt just the fumble. It was the golladay td, missed dpis, missed holds and missed face mask.

None in the lions favor

How could us dropping a ball that hit us right in the hands and an idiot fumbling on the 1yard line ever go in our favor?

What about when they called the phantom face mask for us?

Keep seeing all the rush lbs that were available make plays. Clowney, Jamie Collins, Robert Quinn... good job getting none of them so we're forced to rush 3 on 4th down and get zero pressure. Clap it out...

He got the mask though

I'm with 'Hughes. There are no good losses. Because things can change from 1 week to the next. He brought up last seasons Patriots game, and it's true. It was a home game vs KC, we should be winning those.

Ravens almost beat the Chiefs and then got smoked by the Browns the following week. TB put 55 on the Rams.

I'm not fine with losing but the team looked good save for the stupid mistakes we always seem to make... Played well vs what should be a SB contending team, but still lost. Refs miss calls in every game whether it be the Lions or some other team, and they missed a lot and called some bad ones in this game for both sides. This is the one that I don't see getting a lot of mention that I had a major problem with..... https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.c...blown-replay-review-of-chiefs-lions-hail-may/

True, there are no good losses but the Lions showed something out there. Patricia loves to use the word "resilient". That's what they showed me. They won't get walked on. They just took a team that a lot of people are thinking they're winning the Super Bowl to the wire!! The Chiefs are a fucking juggernaut and we just went 15 rounds with them. None of you schmucks seen this coming and i'm one of them lol. I have never been a fan of "moral victories" but this one felt different and 110% looked different. They play for each other and they play for their Head Coach. You can see it!!! Never dwell on an L but work off of it!! Get better and clean some shit up!! I loved what I seen for the most part but they need to tighten up.

Btw...officiating was horrible. Not the reason why we lost but wow they didn't help lol.
Fun fact....Hitchens (KC LB) who mugged Kerryon in the endzone yesterday on the bomb, was the same guy who mugged Pettigrew on the infamous "picking up the flag" call back in the day vs the Cowboys in the playoffs lol.

4th n 8.. get a stop and you win. We rushed 3 with no qb spy. Game over. Offense and defense continue to go conservative in the 4th qtr to lose us games... today it was the defenses turn.

I just saw the replay again. 2 guys covering a guy underneath to the left way short of the sticks. I think it was number 31 (not sure for the lions) seemed so far out of position on that play covering that guy. He should have been more in the middle.

(#*#&#&#&#&#&#*#*#&#&#&#*#*$*

It is so frustrating how we blow games when we out play other teams. The Lions did outplay the Chiefs.

Fuck off skippy! I could care less what you think. I know what I saw and I can?t help it if you are blind. Did I ever say calls don?t go both ways. Just feels like a lot more go against the team I root for. You see what you see. I see what I see... Take a hike.
Tired of these calls going against the Lions. The nfl has a Hierarchy of teams they protect, and the Lions just are not in the group yet. KC is.

That was a clear penalty.

Watching pro football talk this morning. I guess the nfl looked at the hailMary and almost called a flag on kc for interfering with Jones.

Lol. Like that would happen for the Lions from the NFL.

Thanks for the update. Nobody cares but keep downplaying the Lions lol. Damn you're such a tool lol.

Almost......lmfao. So fitting eh?!

Coverage on the 4th and 8 was frustrating. I wish they had a spy on Patrick. Someone had to have made a mistake on that play.

Then Simms said that Harrison for nbc said Jones was trying to dive to get the call. They didn?t show it so I am unsure. They just talked about it. Lol. You you are right fitting and frustrating..

On the Hail Mary I wish they would have throw the ball to the wide open WR at the top of the screen (Marvin Hall) and just given him a chance to beat the one or two guys shaded to that side at the goal line, I like those odds better than throwing it up to 6 defenders.

Good teams get the benefit of the doubt. Bad teams don't.

We're going to continue to get very questionable calls until we actually become a good team, for more than a season at a whack.

If you don't want the zebras to decide the game, be a better football team.
