63 yards because refs called kerryon a drop somehow and marvin no dpi call

And refs allowed packers on field too long with 2 bogus hands tonface penalties extending packers drivea and top

Stafford has had a couple of regular season signature wins, in particular @ Cowboys when he beat them and on a jump with the football poking it into the plane of the endzone. He is the best Lions QB in my lifetime, but that is NOT a high bar to cross, considering the piss-poor QB excuses that the Lions started under center over the decades, such as Stoney Case, Joe Reed, Jeff Komlo, Dan Orlovski, Rusty Hilger, Bob Gagliano, Ty Detmer, Joey Harrington, Andre Ware, and Chuck Long

Still a lackluster half offensively. Not saying the Lions deserved the L, but the offense fucked us just as much as the refs did.

Well if the Packers were actually forced to punt instead of getting gift penalties to extend drives we might have had a TD scoring drive. We'll never know.

1 TD...we deserved to lose.

The game can be summed up very simply:
Stafford had 2 great throws in the first qtr...that led to not much
Rogers had 2 great throws in the 2nd half...both led to touchdowns
Refs sucked
Once again we couldnt capitalize on turnovers

Score touchdowns...you have better chance at wining games then when you kick FGs.

Detroit Lions Podcast Episode 233 ? Lions And Packers Aftermath. 81 minutes.

In this episode of The Detroit Lions Podcast, Chris is joined by Jeff ?The Riz? Risdon to discuss the latest Lions game against the Green Bay Packers. The Lions came out spitting, and once the refs got their footing they were able to tilt the playing field to provide the opportunities the Green Bay Packers needed to pull out a last second victory. There is a ton to unpack from this game, crazy plays, horrific officiating, and a question mark about the league as a whole. We take your calls and talk through these topics and a whole lot more.

Detroit Lions Podcast Demands Change.
The talk of the day Tuesday was the epic failure of the officials in the Monday Night Football game. This should never happen to another team. You couldn?t even see the chess match that is coaching strategy. Success of effort on the field ? immolated. It was all overshadowed by terrible officiating. A third, supposedly uninvolved party, changed the game. They?ve done so for countless NFL teams. The Lions have had their share of bad calls, but we don?t corner the market. It?s time to take action.

Our best bet as fans is to engage the players and make this a part of the CBA negotiation. Its where we have a shot at the real money, which is all that matters to the NFL. The players are the only people with power against the NFL ? we need to engage them. Players can improve their careers, safety, and bonuses and force the league to change the way officiating is handled. Fans can finally force the owners to provide a product they can believe in.

"Deserved" to lose??? Bullshit bro...cmon. Last time I checked, we were winning that game for 59 minutes and 58 seconds. We were completely robbed of an opportunity to try and come back in that game because the refs called a phantom penalty on Flowers. Not once but TWICE!!! Two times!!! Same "penalty", same ref too. All because the LT went over to the ref and complained about Flower's hands coming up too high towards his neck area lololol. So the ref decided to "gift" the Packers a penalty against Detroit and make the game over. It was a horse shit call and the sports world is talking about the debacle.
I don't know about you but i'm getting sick and tired of this shit. When are we going to catch a break?? Oh wait, we're not allowed because we're the Lions. And i'm not even asking for a break really. I just want a fair shake!!!
Many factors on why we lost that game. Dropped passes, can't run the ball, can't stop the run and the refs are just the icing on the cake. It's a fucking joke.....

Yeah the Lions didn’t deserve to lose at all. Maybe we should have finished drives. Credit goes to the Packer defense for holding Kicker X to field goals. Lions were in control of that game until the ref gave the Packers new life up 9 after Flowers sack on third down.

Fuck You Roger Goodall. We all know the NFL protects certain teams.
