This coaching staff is not the one to take this team to the next level, we get out coached in almost every game and the coaching flat out costs us wins. A good in game staff and we'd be 6-1 right now and well on the way to 7-1.

We have more talent than all but a couple teams in the NFL, it's the coaching we can't overcome.
