Hoops vs NW

I know it has been discussed but that run of missed 3's by Simpson was just bizarre

I don't get why it's such a tough place to play. NW is infrequently any real threat although they did just give IU all they could handle in Bloomington, their students aren't particularly boisterous and distracting and it's definitely not oversized - it's an old, recently updated relatively small barn. I don't understand it but it's a tougher place to play than it seems like it should be.

Its a long season, one of these pups will come around, maybe 2 of them. If Yaklich can get these kids to play defense and think defense 1st, they will be viable options down the stretch, even if they arent scoring. Playing defense as well as the others will be a huge lift for when someone is in foul trouble and on the bench.

At least a Livers is playing some defense, and getting a few rebounds. I Sure wish he could get some easy buckets.
