I just heard a report on KABC radio that the president just tweeted that he is, in fact, considering this.

Also you are apparently not aware that California being a sanctuary state has nothing to do with Nancy Pelosi and not much to do with Gavin Newsome.

The state assembly passed that law and it was while Jerry Brown was still the governor.

That said I ain’t crazy about the sanctuary state status.

It started with Los Angeles SB 40 that was put into policy by the late police chief Darrell Gates, in an effort to encourage people to report crimes without fear of having to reveal their citizen or resident status.

It has kind of metastasized into what it is now, basically protecting individuals who have committed other crimes beyond crossing the border illegally.

I say in California we are full up with illegal aliens as we are.

I would advise Trump to wait until after the 2020 elections to do that; besides, if there are jobs in red states that Murcans won’t do, as the last Republican president used to famously say-virtually the polar opposite on immigration and border policy as this Republican President is-they’ll find their way from the blue states to the red states on their own.
