You have to make sure the red states get their allotment first, so the billionaires have their reservoir of easily exploitable labor, that they then use part of the profits from to convince retards like jwlscosu and tigermud that the "illegals" are "taking their jobs" so they can ensure we never have any sort of legalized worker program for low-income labor, or reform, ensuring this labor supply will continue for the foreseeable future.

57% of billionaires live in deep blue states (23.5% in California) and if you count half the billionaires in "battle ground" states like Wisconsin, Penn, Maryland, etc it's more than two thirds of all billionaires. The economies of the red states aren't run by or dependent upon America's billionaires. In fact, in states with less regulation, small companies thrive and are a big part of the economy and source for jobs because there are fewer bureaucratic barriers to entry.
