I remember reading about how odd some people found it when General Motors was building and shipping tanks off to Germany back during WW II.
Of course, not just the United States, but every government restricts certain transactions with foreign countries whom they view as a potential threat.
This has been going on not just since the beginning of the United States, it?s been going on since the beginning of time.
