Is it Safe..?

ESPN also said that if Baylor routs Texas, there is a shot the voters may move them past Michigan because of the Griffin factor.

Really?

They were saying that on ESPN?

The game is ABC national television - there's a huge amount of $$$ invested in viewership...

What do you expect them to say?

"Unless you're a fan or an alum of either Texas or Baylor, really nothing to see here, folks...might as well turn the SEC Championship Game..."...?

All i know is three teams from one conference cannot go to BCS bowl games.

ISU has gone for it on 4th and 1 and 4th and 8 deep in their own territory and made it...

Hey what if Texas routs Baylor? Do they get a chance to jump Michigan for a bid?

What if UNLV comes back and beats TCU? Could they jump Michigan?

They'd have to win by 693 points.

KSU is not going to get a bid over Michigan, as long as Michigan qualifies to be invited...

Tinsle, they were saying that about Baylor a week ago lol. I have no clue what the pre-game talk was like, I've been at class all day.

That says a Georgia win puts Michigan out no matter what else happens.

What are you talking about? It didn't say that at all...

"We assume that Michigan makes the top 14 unless Georgia beats LSU, and even then they could if Houston loses..."

And Houston lost.

Bonehead.

Sure...and they were talking about how both Michigan and Nebraska were alive for a BCS invitation, and how Michigan could possibly get a BCS invitation if Michigan beat OSU...

So now that those games are over, they're gonna hype the games they're about to show...

I feel pretty good about Michigan's chances after the Houston loss; plus I think LSU comes back here. Also I think Oklahoma will lose, and that could help Michigan solidify that 14th spot.

Pretty much every prognosticator says that if Michigan qualifies, they'll get the at large bid over anybody else - I'm not worried about anybody else who also qualifies getting the bid over Michigan.

Chili has done worse things I suppose.
