Johnny Football ??

He's going to wind up dead because he's stupid and cocky and continues to do the same stuff over and over. He has zero learning curve and that's just not going to change for him. He's not interested in changing. He's a POS and he'll always be a POS...and he's not going to be a good QB either. He's not dedicated enough for that to ever happen.

A police report released Thursday said he allegedly struck his ex-girlfriend several times during an incident at a Dallas hotel last Saturday. According to WFAA-TV in Dallas, the two left the hotel and Manziel told the woman "shut up or I'll kill us both" before forcing her into a car. Manziel allegedly struck her several more times after leaving the hotel, according to the police report. Manziel told TMZ Sports on Thursday about the claims, "It didn't happen." He also said, "I'm completely stable. I'm safe and secure."

Was just going to post that. Yet the Dallas police just closed the case. I suspect Daddy paid them off. They own oil or something don't they?

So i read all that as well ..... Funny how we just automatically believe what people say when it negatively affects someone . Police investigated and closed the case . Girlfriend wouldnt even let police take pictures of her " injuries "

Pay off ? Maybe but thats not always the case , just cause his girlfriend said that stuff doesnt make it true .

I think if this were his first run in with the law the perception would be much different.

It's just another in a string of fuck ups for this guy.

He doesn't seem to be in any kind of mental shape to be able to play football.....he's barely able to function in society as it is.

Right now, he's a piece of shit and it's getting worse......not better.

How mnay of the issues have been because someone said something about Manziel or said he did something ? That produces a police report which makes websites like espn and tmz make "stories" out of it .....Just think alot is blown way out of proportion .

That being said , hes been a huge disappointment . thought he would really get his act together and be a good QB . Oh well , we shall see cause im sure its not going away considering espn and others eat this shit up .

It will go away when he's no longer in football. In six months no one will be interested in reading about Johnny Bagboy.

06/29/12: Arrested for fighting, fake ID

07/15/13: Leaves Manning Passing Academy early

08/28/13: Subject of NCAA autographs investigation

08/19/14: Manziel gives the finger to Redskins bench

11/24/14: Cleveland apartment skirmish where Manziel entourage beats up a Browns fan who approached Manziel

12/14/14: Manziel says he'll change and proves it by missing a team walk through that week and admitting he was out partying the night before.

01/28/15: Manziel checks into treatment facility for a 10 day stay.

10/12/15: Manziel faced questioning from police after an incident involving dangerous driving on the shoulder of the road and an alleged domestic incident with his girlfriend. He admitted to drinking earlier in the day. No charges are filed.

11/07/15: Two days after making a start in Cincinnati, Manziel is caught partying on camera in College Station after attending a Texas A&M game as an honorary captain. Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reported that Manziel lied to him about what happened in Texas, and initially told him that the video was old.

11/17/15: Manziel reportedly spent the night before the team’s game against the Steelers partying in Las Vegas while wearing a disguise. SI’s Peter King reported that Manziel missed a concussion checkup at the team HQ the morning of the game, and was unavailable on his cell phone the entire day. The Browns did not comment on Manziel’s whereabouts. Manziel is later fined for missing the treatment. Even after this incident, the partying didn't stop: A new video surfaced showing Manziel partying in Dallas on Jan. 26.

1/30/16: In late January, it was reported that police were investigating an early–morning altercation involving Manziel and an ex-girlfriend. A preliminary investigation determined “a possible assault” had occurred, but Manziel was not charged. His ex-girlfriend told police she was concerned about the quarterback’s well-being.

02/04/16: On Thursday, WFAA in Dallas reported that Manziel threatened to kill himself and his ex-girlfriend, identified as Colleen Crowley, during the apparent assault committed by the quarterback the week before.

According to the report, Manziel hit Crowley and dragged her by her hair before forcing her into a car.

"He grabbed me by my hair and threw me back into the car and got back in himself," she reportedly told police. "He hit me with his open hand on my left ear for jumping out of the car. I realized immediately that I could not hear out of that ear, and I still cannot today, two days later."

I'm all about giving people the benefit of the doubt especially when the media is involved but nobody is this unlucky. This guy is a walking disaster. No way I take a chance on a head case like this just to take a risk on a head case like Gordon. Too risky for a front office trying to start fresh.

I don't believe the Police have a vendetta against Manziel. Too many times something gets reported only for someone, the GF, to dismiss it. If he's not ill, he certainly is one dumb fucker.

He's a mistaken young man haha , almost all those reports are what every player in the NFL gets . Its just hes Johnny Football so like i said espn and tmz eats it up . But noone can run from their past . It is what it is , so its up to him to prove himself .

I dont think this lions group of coaches / personal will touch him , but i bet he ends up being a starter somewhere next year .

I won't bet T.Smith money but it's about a billion to one shot.

Most NFL players do not have these reports. You have the Pacmans and Suhs in the NFL. But even Pacman and Suh cleaned up their off field behavior.

I can't believe Goodell hasn't done anything yet.

Within two weeks of being drafted, photos of him doing coke off the counter in the bathroom of a bar were circulating social media.

Nope, sorry, most other players don't have these issues. Most guys actually prioritize making the millions over doing blow in Vegas, but for the 15-20% that don't... they don't let their friends run around taking selfies of them doing rails for Facebook.

Manziel's friends might be the dumbest fuckers any player has ever had for friends, which makes Manziel the dumbest fucker ever to play by association.

Seriously though... the guy showed up to practice gooned. That is the ultimate disrespect for your team, and a team that paid for his rehab no less. The Browns should cut him, 31 other teams should ignore him, and his name should never be spoken again.

His father is concerned that he is going to commit suicide. I really hope and pray this kid can get things turned around. He needs to walk away from the limelight as soon as possible.

Manziel reminds me of Titus Young in that we first made fun of Young because he appeared to be an ass who was throwing it all away. But after a while it became obvious Young had serious issues that weren't OK to make fun of anymore for me. Manziel is approaching that now, he's not in control of himself and it's going to end badly. Hope he gets the help he needs, could care less if he ever plays football.

I doubt he ever becomes a starter...he isn't good. Hell, he might not be in the NFL next year

Are you related to him in some way???

I'm having a hard time comprehending someone defending his actions.
