Johnny Football ??

Dallas police announced Friday night they are launching a criminal investigation into a domestic violence assault complaint filed against Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel.

The move comes a day after police said they had closed an investigation into allegations that Manziel had hit his ex-girlfriend in an incident last Saturday that started at a downtown Dallas hotel, and that he would not face charges.

The new investigation comes on a day when Manziel was dropped by his agent, Erik Burkhardt, and his father, Paul Manziel, told The Dallas Morning News that if Manziel didn't get help, he feared his son wouldn't make it to his 24th birthday in December.

Paul Manziel also told the newspaper that his family had tried to get Johnny Manziel into rehab twice in the past week, but he had left twice.

Also Friday, Manziel's ex-girlfriend reportedly got a protection order against him in which he must stay at least 500 feet from her home and place of work for two years.

So now we believe the words of some wacko ex girlfriend , who apparently got into the car with him AFTER he allegedly smacked her . Fuck these bitches , they can say anything they want and everyone just automatically believes them .

so you choose to ignore everything else...his own dad who thinks his son will be dead before his next birthday. Sometimes women do and say stupid things...in this case I think she is telling the truth. There are WAY too many signs pointing in the direction that he is bat shit crazy!

To be fair, she says he smacked her.. and then dragged her to his car while she pleaded with a parking attendant for help. That attendant has confirmed that. The attendant was a coward who was too afraid to step in and help for fear of getting his ass beat. She pleaded "don't let him take me"... which could turn this into a kidnapping charge.

Later, she jumped from the moving car and hid in the bushes. Two witnesses watched this happen as well. He turned the car around, came back, smacked her hard enough to bust her ear drum (which is not actually all that hard to do) and dragged her back to his car. Again, two more witnesses there.

I agree with you completely when it comes to accusations, and not believing everything just because someone says it. Trust me.. I agree with you.

But in this case, the story is being corroborated by independent first hand witnesses. My guess is the police will pass it over to the DA, he will go to a Grand Jury, and they will return a true bill for charges of assault and kidnapping., At that point Johnny Football will plea bargain to get the kidnapping reduced to obstruction, and do about three years in jail, which equates to about 6 months in Texas before parole.

He is in a lot of trouble here.

How is it hearsay when she was directly involved? How do you suppose her eardrum was ruptured?

I meant whoever is writing all the articles is just writing bullshit about what they "heard" happen without getting actual confirmed statements by the supposed witnesses ....If theres something showing the witnesses did in fact confirm this then i'll change my tune
