Levy out for the opener and possibly longer...

Source: Lions' Levy (hip) improving, won't need surgery

Well that's a huge blow considering our SOS is really front loaded.

Can Whitehead play Levy as well as he played Tulloch last year?

Not good considering we have to stop Rivers. Would've much rather had him out against Tiny Hands Teddy. Hopefully the offense can carry us the way the defense did last year. The preseason gave me hope as meaningless as it may be. Like what I saw from Stafford and Tate at least and a healthy CJ can be nothing but good plus the sophomore growth of Ebron.

This hurts. Let's see what Josh Bynes can do, golden opportunity for him.

We have a monter Dline still. Tulloch is back. Whitehead solid. Bynes can hold up without facing Gates. Very good secondary with a nickel upgrade too.

Ansah can beat Dunlap. Ngata and Walker big advantage over Franklin, Watt and Fluker.

Jones advantage over Barksdale.

2 picks from Rivers on Sunday.

And 5 TD's and 31-10 loss.

Damn Mitch. That's hughes territory right there. You really that down on them?

DT and best LB out I'm worried about the middle of the field. On the road, and SD and Rivers always seem to play better at the start of the season. Hope I'm wrong..

We'll see.

This is actually an excellent point. I think both teams are known for playing a bit better in the first half rather than the second half of the season but San Diego more so.
