Stud, what would we do with Davis though?
What Tony said.
and At least 2 different Lions blogs LionsWire and DLP maybe Schlitt and Risdon have said to put Davis at OLB where he could be better.

You start him right beside White.
its a 3-4 look...thats 2 ILBs so plenty of room for both. Id go another direction and grab either a starting corner or Josh Allen.
Trade down will also be a great opportunity for us to gain picks. Theres only like 2 teams in the top 10 that need qbs....and a lack of quality upper QB talent in this draft. Really could create the perfect swarm for a team to jump up to grab their guy in the top 6-8 picks. With so many holes to fill...it could finally be our year to trade down and get some extra picks.
...or we could be the lions and trade up for a RB...
Ill throw out my first way to early mock:
Rd 1
DeAndre Baker or Greedy Williams, CB
Dont Care which one as long as i dont have to see LAwson on the field ever again.
RD 2
Devin Bush LB Michigan
Christian Jones....is that his name?...wouldnt know cause i didnt hear it all season. Buh Bye. Need a playmaker at LB...Davis is comming along Bush next to him would make one of our weaknesses a strength.
Rd 3
Oshane Ximines OLB/Rush DE Old Dominion
Need a stud Edge Rusher...Ximines will have a chance to shoot up draft board during the pre draft process cause hes an athletic freak. If he stays a mid round diamond in the rough you pounce in rd 3. Old dominion talent that hasnt played vs much competition.
Rd 4
Beau Benzschawel G Wisconsin
Either you get Langs replacement or you get quality depth...both is needed.
That leaves WR, DL as must haves in FA. Typically you can find quality pieces at those positions in FA.
I'd like that draft, but Bush is currently ranked in the top 15 prospects. No way he makes it to round two without a terrible combine or serious off-field concerns.
