The lions already have two savvy vets...CJ and Tate. Like I said...I have no problem with the signing...but he is a pile of crap at this point. The Lions need some young WRs to step up and contribute. Lance Moore shouldn't be anything more than a #4 or #5 WR on a contending team. If that is what they signed him for...good.

Moore has two flat tires, and was NEVER that good to begin with. Two good seasons (no great seasons mind you) catching passes from Brees. Oh yeah, and a whole bunch of yawner seasons.

I'm extremely doubtful he makes the roster at all, let alone contributes in any meaningful way. He's a camp body, there to provide leadership, which he can do. But his playing days and any reason to smile about them are in the past.

I was THRILLED when Nate got here. And he did exactly what I was hoping he would do... pull a defender off Calvin.

Tate did the same thing, but also made great plays doing it. Gravy on the biscuit.

Moore can't draw flies at this point. Defenders don't respect him. They play him loose enough to cover literally anyone else and make a break if a ball goes his way. He's not a threat anymore.

Ross was a FA. Jones was a 6th/7th rd pick. Fuller was a late rd pick too. Broyles was a 2nd rd guy which is on Mayhew.
