Lions Trade Van Noy

What a brutal day for Jamie Collins. Damn.

Collins goes from a 1 loss team to a winless team that is going to possibly fuck him over on a long term deal by tagging him. Brutal.

Def. brutal. Maybe he was in Bill's dog house. "..yeah, okay - Cleveland it is."

At first I thought we missed out on a golden opportunity.....but after reading into it.....Collins is looking for Vaugh Miller type money after this year. It's not likely we would have been able to sign him anyway.

That's why the Patriots are the Patriots......they simply aren't going to pay top $$ for anyone not named Brady.

I want 5 linebackers and 2 corners in no particular order. I'd be thrilled

Where does Peppers play in the NFL? He seems to small for a linebacker .is it saftey, nickel back and punt returner. Probably all of the above. I love to have that problem on the lions or any of these guys,

This trade has made some Patriot players very unhappy

That'd be my guess. I honestly hate the thought of any starter returning kicks and punts. Seems foolish and way too risky

He'll be a hybrid player more than likely. Play some Safety and LB. Beast of a Special Teamer too.

Not to sound like a Michigan homer but if i could go
rd 1 Peppers
rd 2 Jourdan Lewis
rd 3 best avail LB
Id be happy.

Beautiful. Do you think Lewis will even make it to the 2nd though? He's the best CB in the college football IMO.

I think he's one of the best as well....especially when it comes to just straight up cover corner. He doesn't get the hype as a handful of others and might not be just a flat out athlete like an adore Jackson. But he can cover better than all the rest in my opinion.

Be happy with either . But hopefully we go 6-2 or 5-3 last eight games and make the playoffs and then get a lower pick. Where does Lewis and Peppers fit in the draft? Mid to late first or higher ? Man seems like lewis is top 20 to me but I could be bias. Think I take him before Peppers bit am unsure if guess .

If Lewis slipped to us in the 2nd, it would be the steal of the draft.

I think he's better than Peppers too. Peppers has that IT factor though...he's so electric.

Sgg, you don't have a Dad as a Judge do you? I asked because I knew only one person from Fowlerville and his dad was a judge. Long shot but had to ask..

I would rather draft a guy that can cover over a guy who is super athletic. I think thats where people get caught up on combine numbers and things of that nature, Look at Trae Waynes out of MSU. he was a high first round pick based on his speed. He cant cover or change directions fast. And now hes a bench guy who gets burned every game he plays in.

No sir. I've only lived here for about 3 years, I'm originally from southeast Michigan.
