MSU Week

I would celebrate a ceremonial display of the losing team presenting the winning team with the Paul Bunyan Trophy at mid-field like men. I am asking too much.

(If the winning team does not possess it)

Why should it matter? If the winning team already has the trophy, they can just hand it to the losing team and say ?give it to us again, losers!?

8” of snow and a Snow day in A2 for Tues/tomorrow. Golf C 100% closed for Sat and temps dropping.

Temps for Fri overnight: 11
Sat: 31/17.

So at the end of the game, it will still be freezing.

Wind chill was only -8 when I walked my dog this morning. I am still not acclimated to this bullshit.

You should have warm clothes.

Don't be that guy that goes out in a windbreaker in December and insists he can take it

(that's a typical Spartan move)

Was in mid-Michigan over the weekend and was outside for an hour with my daughter looking on her property for a missing cat. My hands were ice cubes.

Damn, looks like I'm going to be wearing my longjohns and woolly socks!

I have tons of warm clothes because I am an admitted pussy in cold weather. They help some, but I still get cold. I would never be the idiot in a windbreaker. I'd probably die.

Saw some guy in my neighborhood shoveling snow in shorts last night. Genius.

Our DC at Ferris went a step further. He had the windbreaker and he wore shorts all winter long. I dont know how many people, here, have been up to Big Rapids during November, but the weather is quite different from Southeast Michigan during this time of year. Its fucking Alaska type shit. He proved his manliness everyday. I thought he was a dickhead.

I've now fully acclimated to Texas.

last night I was freezing my ass off and it was only 45F (real windy though).

When I got off the plane in Austin to 40 degrees and raining I was pretty disappointed. Saturday was great though so I can't complain.

The sub-desert heat of the San Fernando Valley summer is finally, thankfully, mercifully giving way to autumn and the coming winter.

Highs in the 70s to low 80s this week, possibly getting into the 60s mid week next week.

It's manly to increase your risk of a heart attack by not dressing appropriately for the cold!

Buddy from HS posted a pic this morning from TC where he has 14" of snow and another 4-8" projected for today.

That's a lot even for TC as of 11/12....

This state fucking sucks, too(they dont use salt). We got 5 inches 2 days before Halloween. I was super pissed. The kids were troopers, though. It heated up to a balmy 26 after being in the single digits for 3 days.
