No timetable on Levy

More importantly, he's got big coots running the show now. Greatest OC since... I don't know when.

You guys just want a different qb to bitch about. I get it now

I want a different QB because this guy has had 7 years and has shown very little other than he can throw for a ton of yards, win games that don't matter, has limited mobility, and doesn't make anyone better around him.

But other than that, yeah you are right.

Winning big games is all Stafford and nothing to do with the team, huh?

QB is the single biggest piece on any team. Other than the ridiculous fluke years where you get a defense like Denver or Baltimore, QBs gotta make plays. Our guy hasn't. Don't know what else I can say.

They gave him one of the best WRs in the history of the NFL, a hybrid/whatever in Ebron, Tate, Abdullah, you name it, he got it. And sometimes, damnit, it's okay for a QB to elevate no-name players to higher status. And he has yet to do that.

Moss got any rings? Who cares if you have the best and highest paid receiver in football? That should assure a deep post season run? He played 2 years with a solid #2, while he was battling nagging injuries. This offense has never been stacked. Get over it, dude

Sorry. All hail Stafford.

That's why the dude never feels any pressure from this organization, it's mentalities like yourself. Martha's out there talking about how much she loves him, they never draft anyone or sign anyone who even makes him remotely concerned about who's behind him. He was given the keys to the castle and a hilariously long leash. I couldn't imagine if he was the QB in Philly or NY, real football cities. They'd actually, you know, be critical of him.

Maybe he'll win a playoff game in year 12. Y12 Stafford.

Dubbs....facts are facts. No need to argue with people that see him as anything more than a top 22 rated qb and perennial loser.

He's gonna be here for a long time guys, why not just follow a different team, or sit here and nag about our qb for the next 6 years. He's not the problem

Sorry, forgot that fans are supposed to be blindly loyal and not point out people's faults.

He's a problem. Why he's exempt from the team's failures but everyone else has to be the owners of that failure is total junk. QB is the most vital position on the team. Under his helm, the team hasn't done anything. That's not something I'm making up. They haven't done anything.

Ill give him a little credit

mayhew is 1st to blame
coaches (mainly Lombardi....which is caldwells fault)
then Stafford

We had a year when arod and cutler were both injured....we still couldn't win the division
We had a year when we had one of the best defenses in the league..still couldn't win.

His production is not great....its sometimes very good....its sometimes very bad. Hes not consistently good at anything. Which is why hes ranked by QBR and QB rating at or near the bottom of the top 32 year after year.

This is not dubs or Hughes fault....if you want better numbers....play better.

He's not bad, he's not good. And that's a problem. Unless you are trotting out Denver's defense from last season, you can't win with a slightly above average QB.

While he has not looked Elite through most of his year, he looked to come into his own the second half of last year. We did play an easier schedule but his td to int ratio was great.

If you look at the contracts qb's are getting right now I have no issues with the money he is making.

Matt Stafford's play can be described in three words: come, oh, and on.

Depending on the game The only difference is the sentence structure:

Bad: Oh, come on!

Good: Come on, Oh!

I will say this, I'm not sure I've said "oh!" after Come on! Usually thats where the sentence ends.

I think Stafford is capable of winning a SB here. I honestly do. I dont think he is capable of winning one on his own (IE being consistently the best player on the team game after game, or for an entire year even) but I think if the team is solid around him, he can have a stretch like Flacco/Eli have had where he plays lights out for 4 games.

I dont think he will ever consistently be a top QB week in week out, but I think he always has the chance to have a big game.

In my opinion a QB who is Very good sometimes, then bad sometimes, is better/more valuable than an average QB who is just mehh every game. Sure you know what you have in that average/consistent QB, but If you cant give me a a Brady/Rodgers, I'll take the high upside inconsistent QB over the average steady QB.

Just my opinion though...
