No timetable on Levy

As for Deandre Levy - does anyone else follow his Instagram page? He has been kind of going to town on the NFL for the last several weeks...I dont usually read too much into these things, but he is kind of getting me concerned. I honestly would not be shocked if he retired soon (as in the next 2 years). Im not saying I think it will happen, or is even likely, but I would def not be surprised...

I will say this, I'm not sure I've said "oh!" after Come on! Usually thats where the sentence ends.

For me those ones come in those frantic fourth quarter comebacks after he has shit the bed for the first three.

Lions coach Jim Caldwell said he expects WLB DeAndre Levy (hip) to return as the "same active guy he's always been."
"I'm fully expecting him to be able to do the things he's always done for us," Caldwell said. "Make plenty of tackles. Be able to cover guys in terms of pass routes out of the backfield and detached." Levy played just 17 snaps last season while dealing with a hip injury. He is "trending toward" being ready for training camp after undergoing surgery last October.

I remember those first years where he was probably close to being cut. I never seen a transformation like that going from bum to stud.

He did turn it around quickly. I remember thinking keeping Justin Durant over Levy would have probably been the better move......though I didn't think either was special.

Levy made the leap at the right time!
