OFFICIAL: Draft Day (Day One-Three)

i think i've seen somewhere before that mel kiper doesn't even watch tape on kids..but instead just talks to informed people and gets their opinions on what each players skills/profiles are..

How was Cliffs combine?

Cliff Harris needed to run fast at today's NFL Scouting Combine. He needed to display the elite speed NFL teams covet in cornerbacks. Especially those on the light side and with questionable judgment.

Harris, whose off-field decision making led to him being kicked off the team in 2011, didn't exactly deliver in Indianapolis. He ran an electronic timed 4.59 seconds in the 40-yard dash on Tuesday. Not slow, but hardly elite. He ranks 28th among corners at the combine.

Harris, who measured in at 5-11, 175 pounds, has return skills and cover skills but now scouts certainly will question his overall speed at the NFL level.

Harris bench pressed 225 pounds 14 times. at the combined.

He showed speed on the I-5 freeway but didn't wanna show it at the combine. That's too bad for Cliff.

Western Michigan kicker to Buffalo. Someone send a note to the Jags about how that's done.
