Other Games - NCAA Basketball version

Anything can happen in the wild B1G.

ESPN matchup predictor thingado Is giving Purdue a 72% chance to beat Minnesota and a 78% chance to beat Northwestern.

Predicting Michigan 55% to 45% over Maryland and predicting the Spartans about 75% to 25% over Michigan.

Purdue both games on the road where they're 5-3 so anything can happen.

Yeah, Aubrey Dawkins played for Michigan and transferred to play with his father at UCF

Looks like he's developed into a good player

He hit a game-winning shot vs IU while at Michigan.

I was watching and thinking I know that guy. Took my old brain a minute to figure it out. He sure would looks good back in a Wolverine uniform but I understand wanting to play for your dad. I think Ucf has a excellent chance at winning a game or two in the ncaa. Houston looks legit. But then the conference they play in is pretty top heavy. The American Athletic has a few stinkers at the bottom.

That predictor thing is stupid

IF Michigan beats Maryland, the prediction for MIchigan @ MSU will change

It could change tomorrow if it hasn’t been updated since the MSU a loss today.

So Michigan State’s perceived advantage over Michigan in next week’s game did in fact drop a smidge after the recalculation following the Spartans loss.

This is information that is extremely helpful while at the same time being completely useless.

I lean towards "completely useless"

although, Michigan was somehow favored by 1 today at Maryland and they did win.

It will be interesting and uninteresting at the same time to see how the chance to win % is changed after today...

Win tomorrow and the @MSU game might be for the Big 10 regular season title

Just need Purdue to drop a road game

Will be very difficult to win at Maryland

for a piece of the title, unless purdue loses both of their remaining games, then assuming the Spartans beat Nebraska, the game will be for the outright title. Unlikely, but that would make the game more interesting.

3 interesting games tonight, maybe

#2 Virginia plays at Syracuse at 7pm on ESPN

Texas plays at #8 Texas Tech at 9pm on ESPN (i have no idea how they are #8)

#18 Kansas St plays at TCU at 9pm on ESPN2
