Ownership Supports Caldwell

I wonder if we get a GM quickly or wait for guys still playing?

Now they may not take those interviews while their teams are still playing but I wouldn't see why not.

Now that I'm thinking about it, current GM's won't come here why they still have jobs. Maybe assistant GM's.

Well if they go that route and it makes it easy.. I mean 40+ years (as a fan) is enough to expect your team to figure it out..

Minny, Denver, Seattle, Arizona, Minny & KC. Couldn't win any of those could you Jim? But at least we beat Chicago twice, and NO, and SF, and Oakland, and Philly.

From Tigermud's notes

First candidate turns down GM job. Don't worry though it wasn't because of Caldwell.

McClay came out of nowhere. Hadn't even heard his name attached. I barely remember the guy from his XFL days.

Apparently he's turning down all offers from any team, and did so last year as well. Must be waiting for Jerrah to finally get so senile he needs a GM.

Reading that link again... I didn't realize the Cowboys had two picks all year. Wow... that's ugly.
