Play-off selection show and bowl selections

Texas A&M was ranked when Alabama played them, but they aren't now.

Wisconsin and OSU are both power running teams. How'd those games turn out?

Why would this be any different?

Bama is a team Michigan can get up for, unlike florida. Bama this year is not the Bama of past years.
Will getting up for them put 20 - 25 lbs on Kemp and Dwumfour?

We can't handle power running teams with great o-lines. Just have to be realistic about it.

Then maybe Michigan's defense doesn't stop them. Maybe Michigan can get into a shoot-out

What have they got to lose? They have to go play the game. Might as well try to win.

People besides us on this board are going to want to watch this game.

It?s probably the most ?glam? matchup outside of the New Year?s six.

ABC is going to sell a shitload of marquee time, and promote a shitload of their stupid prime time TV shows - except for Stumptown, which isn?t stupid at all; Cobie Smulders is the bomb as Dex Parios.

This is big freaking business; like, Madison Avenue level big.

We will probably get bitch slapped by Alabama who will be out for blood. Hope we play good but I just don?t see our DL stopping the run. I agree it?s a commercial selling package though.

Tua called a players only meeting to see who is going or staying next season. Man I hope they all go pro lol.

I think it would be great if all of our players and all of Alabama's players sat out. Buttfuck the NCAA and corporate sponsors.

All of them? Or just ones considering the draft?

How will Saban respond to this shit?

Will he cancel practices and do just more Aflac commercials?

I always really look forward to the next new one.

Maybe the one after this will be about him encouraging all his players to sit out the meaningless exhibition game this year, because their schollies don?t pay them enough to pay for the Aflac SHIT-A Plan (Supplementary Health Insurance Tragedy Avoidance Plan) that would compensate them for being ?too sick or injured to go to work? if they were to fuck their NFL draft value by getting injured in the Citrus Bowl.

But probably not, I think.

Knowing all the special ?handshakes? his players get, he knows his players can afford the SHIT, and he would encourage his players to just buy the SHIT and play in the game.

I was thinking that, too, lol. Xmas is an easy 10. In all seriousness, though, how do we not have a guy like that wrecking ball from Baylor? If a fucking wrecked and decimated Baylor squad can get these types of kids, Michigan should be getting them in spades when they need them. I really hope that transfer portal helps us out in this regard.

Every single player.

believe it or not, most players really want to go to a bowl game

It's not going to happen anyway. I just think it would be a hilarious slap in the face of the NCAA and corporate jackassery of bowl games. The corporate sponsors make a killing off these young mens' hard work and they don't have to do much of anything to get that money. It would give me a good laugh if the kids that are in a bowl game expected to bring in a ton of viewers just told them all to pound sand.

The more I think about it the more I hope none of the Bama players sit out. The only way this is a positive for Michigan is beating them at full strength (minus Tua of course). If you beat them and there's 5-10 guys sitting out you get no credit. Losing to them even though they have guys out is even worse and still highly likely. I don't think Michigan wins if they're at full strength but a loss is a lot easier to stomach if they are playing 10+ guys that are drafted in April.
