Playoffs

It?s based on dvoa lol. Not the actual schedule
1-3 pretty probable for eagles, skins and Vikings actually
2-2 for panthers and Bucs for sure

Eagles,Vikings really tough schedule and lions can hand Vikings one loss themselves. So 1-2 in other 3. Skins have Sanchez at qb

one of MN or Philly will go at least 2-2

The Lions won't go 4-0.

The Lions going 4-0 would be the worst outcome. They will move down in the draft, won't make the playoffs and a good finish might keep JBC around for another year. Lions fans should be rooting for a 0-4 finish.

If we win the next three games, and every other game involving a NFC team goes perfectly for the lions we can have a 53% change of making the playoffs heading in to week 17!

Fun little thing to play with.

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2018-nfl-predictions/

playing with that predictor machine, they drop from a best case 59% prior to the weekend to 51% with MN winning and 43% if MN wins.

Although the actual chance is >3%

The 2 games back or even one and half if Minny loses isn't the biggest hurdle its the fact there are too many teams they'd have to pass.

oh yea...I was just having fun with the predictor thing that was posted earlier. They virtually have no chance.

So should we have an LKP watch?

Nice win with an injured Stafford (back), Hand, Ansah, Kennard, Wagner, Kerryon, Marvin Jones, and Agnew. Still won by double digits. Great games for Slay and Davis and Dline (but Cards missing all Oline). Harrison always a beast. Okwara nice game and Robinson is dominating

If Vikings lose to Seattle, it was the perfect week

1-3 Vikings and we play them to give them one. Plus they play Bears and Dolphins looking better but game in Minnesota
2-1 Bucs now. Just one more loss in 3 games.
2-1 Panthers now. Just one more loss in 3 games and they are in a tail spin
1-2 Skins is looking likely. They are terrible without Alex Smith and McCoy
1-2 Eagles (their one win is against the Skins unless Skins lose next two, then, Eagles can win one other then lose to Skins hopefully. Eagles play at LA Rams then Houston by the way. Two really tough games.
One loss for Green Bay, we can give them that loss but they also play at Chicago

Glad Lions still playing meaningful games. Another rookie Josh QB to feast on

1999 Lions were 8-8 and playoffs. But they went 8-4 to 8-8

lol

There are only 3 teams in the NFC that have a worse record than the Lions' 5-8 record.

4-9 Falcons
3-10 Cards
3-10 49ers

They are tied with the Bucs and Giants and 10 teams with a better record.

Dude...if no one on our team got hurt, and all the other teams died we would have been 13-0.

Vikings lose

Really great shot at this now

It's technically still possible and most of the teams around the Lions have their own major problems too...

Minnesota's O-line is terrible and Cousins keeps giving the ball to the other team
Carolina has fallen off quite a bit, Newton playing hurt, defense can't stop anyone, they still have to play the Saints twice
Philadelphia's secondary is dead plus a difficult schedule
Washington's entire team is dead
Green Bay has mailed it in with the McCarthy firing, Philbin is terrible
Tampa Bay can't stop anyone
The Giants still have Eli and a somewhat rough schedule
