No. It was a 1 score games fairly late. The score didn't reflect the performance, but clownstomping requires both points and a dominant performance.

Any Seven point victory over another team can always be viewed as a clown stopping if a) The winning team has taken its foot off the gas, I. E., Played a little less aggressively going forward to avoid costly mistakes and quick scores by the opponent, And b) The only reason it was a seven point win is because the touchdown that cut the lead to seven points happened during garbage time.
A one point victory won on the last play of the game Can always be described as a clown stomping if unrelated facts from the box score can be cherry picked to use as evidence that it was a clown stopping.
