Northwestern beats California in eight innings 3-2. Looks like Michigan Nd game is set to resume at 3:45pm.

I have it on one of the espn channels. Team has so much trouble with the off speed pitch this year, and the ND pitcher has been throwing it 95% percent of the time she falls behind in the count. Finally a hit off one on a 3-2 pitch . She threw it for a strike on 3-1 and again on 3-2.

Another dumb ass player out of the box is called out with a runner on first . Just awful. That just can’t happen in a a game like this . we had two hitters called out of the box that half inning wtf Hutch ! Our second and third hitter .
So fucking pathetic and with Blanco weakly grounding out she may not bat again. Wtf is wrong with is team . They have been awful the last eight games going 4-4. Just pathetic. A error has cost us a run and poor hitting has just flat out killed us.

Nd 3-0 still batting in 7th. As Meghan gets first two outs and then just gags like verses MSU last weekend. That is probably that with our hitting. Relief pitcher promptly singled to make it 4-0. I guess when you pop off at the mouth like Hutch did this week saying everyone should be afraid of Michigan teams might get up for you.

Michigan gets beat by one of the last 4 teams in the opening round of the ncaa . Welcome to the loser bracket. Not sure what has Happened but they have not played well for a few weeks now. Scouting on our team is easy just throw us off speed pitches. First opening round loss for Michigan since 2000 . 17 game opening round winning streak in ncaa is over for Michigan as they lose 4-1 today. Embarrassing softball played by Michigan today.

Yeah, I was afraid this was going to happen. The bats have gone ice cold. Not that they were ever really hot this year. So, what happens in the elimination (i.e. losers) bracket? If they win do they play the loser of the winner's bracket and then the winner of that bracket?
