Suh interview on 97.1

I didn't like the shots Valente was taking at Suh. Saying he only had 3 sacks and his tackles were down. Thats because opposing teams are double and sometimes triple teaming him out of fear.

That's because Valenti is a fn moron who doesn't have a clue about the game of football.

Hey be nice, it's obvious he hates living in this area in such a "terrible sports city" so he's just taking out his aggression and acting like a tough guy to compensate.

Hahahaaaa. Just listened to the interview and to me it was nothing special. Two hack journalists/radio personalities trying to get answers from a "popular" sports figure. Suh made it crystal clear that he wasn't talking about "the stomp" or the car accident. But these two idiots kept at it. Of course they did, it's their job...i get it.
On the other hand, Suh should have known what he was walking into. Maybe he did, but didn't want to fluff off the interview....who knows? Suh was cordial and polite, while Valenti played the "what else was i supposed to say" card. Same old same old bullshit with that putz week in and week out....lol.

I seriously just want to know what the fuck Valenti's deal is, he does nothing but talk about how much Detroit sucks in every aspect, how none of our sports teams are relevant, and how nobody in this town knows anything about sports (except for him of course). The callers are evenly divided between ball lickers, morons, and people trying to get a rise out of him to hear him spout his childish gibberish. I listen to him more than I like to admit but it's usually just for some sort of sick pleasure I derive from hearing him whine and complain and talk shit to everybody while they beg for more. He's a complete hack and offers no true insight to anything except to say that the state of Michigan sucks at absolutely everything and everything good that happens is just a fluke.

Fuck him and fuck the fat retarded piece of shit that sits next to him and giggles for 3 hours a day. Gator and Anderson may not be top flight sports people but at least they can be fun from time to time, Valenti is just depressing to listen to as he tries to weasel his way out every time his dumbass gets called out on something. Suh doesn't owe him an explanation for a god damn thing and for Valenti to act all indignant because he wouldn't answer the question was beyond pathetic, if he was really as awesome as he thought he wouldn't be working a drive time show in a "terrible sports city" like Detroit.

Gator and Karsch are a bit on the homerish side, kind of boring to listen to...I find it difficult to make it through one of their shows.

As for Suh, I still think he should never have gone on. Any radio host that wants listeners was going to ask those questions.

Did anyone else listen to that waste of airtime today?

You got a real hard-on for Suh, eh. Holy shit, bro..lol.

When your best player is looking like a complete dumbass on and off the field it's not hard to notice.

Looks like somebody smited me, probably because of this thread

OH NO

Still our best player on defense. I'm cutting the kid some slack. People act like he murdered a family of five around here.

And what "off-field" stuff? He got into a car accident....shit happens, brother can't drive obviously....so what?

Ray Lewis, 12 month probation for the murder thing in 2000. And people look at him like he's the best thing since sliced bread. Suh made a bonehead move in a football game, he's not Charles MANSON.

I'd gladly take Ray Lewis on my football team. One of my favorite players on the field. James Harrison too. F'k it... I want nasty players who can play, not nice guys who are mediocre.

I agree but this "Suh" thing or whatever it is has been way overblown.

Overblown?? Are you high, Mitch? Suh needs to personally go door-to-door in Detroit and apologize for what he's done.

The city of Detroit wants to crucify a kid like Suh, but you embrace a fn criminal like Kwame Kilpatrick who stole from the city. Most of your views are twisted and that's scary....fn pathetic.

I figured that :) Ironically, if Kilpatrick ran again right now he'd win. I hate to crucify a whole city but the people of Detroit are stupid.

That mofo is related to half of the remaining population of Detroit. I've never seen a person with so many damn aunts, uncles, cousins, and close personal friends on the payroll or starting "non-profits" to line their pockets and feed the family political machine. It's no wonder he's still so popular and why he thinks he's the "chosen one" to run Detroit.
