The 2021 NFL Draft

Loving this Oline. Long term too

Meh, defense is still trash. Cool, we're gonna run the ball well and give up 40 points every game. It's like we go into every off-season thinking this defense isn't the laughing stock of the nfl year in and year out. Would've been nice to draft a pass rusher here or a linebacker that is good at any one aspect of the position

Who would you select at 7?

Lions - Goff and a ton of first rd picks

Bears - Fields and no first rd picks

Lets see which team is better in 2 years. Im not betting on Goff.

Lol. Best pass rusher is projected in the late teens. Parsons is good but makes a minimal difference.

Calm down big guy.....we?re at least a year away. There?s the rest of this draft, June 1 cuts, another FA period and another draft before 2022. We might have drafted the best overall player in this draft. It?s a good thing!

7 seems high for a player that doesn't make the team better immediately, does Sewell?

Yes. Absolutely. Improves both the run and pass game.

Sewell makes us a better team than Parsons does. Nothing against MP.....I would like to have him. But we can?t draft everyone.

So starting to build the defense now is bad? Wait a year? Seems like the yearly trend for the last 3 decades I've been watching these bums

Id say absolutely. Its the lions thing to do to build the left side of your oline and completely neglect the right side. We finally finished something and didnt so something half ass. Crosby is now great depth.

Or try to build your run game by selecting RB after Rb after RB after RB after RB after RB.

Sewell was finally the right move.

Hope you're right, but we need studs in the front 7 right now

Get Flowers, Okudah and J okwara back from injury. Added Brockers and Anzalone and Dunbar amd Elder and Marlowe. Still got day 2 and free agency

And most important new scheme on d.

25th ranked defense is an improvement for lions
