However, in a hilarious way this all but barred OSU from making the B10 Championship.

Terrible game by everyone. Offense played like shit. One fricking touchdown and that was in the 2nd qtr. In explicably lousy play calling pretty much the whole game. Nothing was happening on the jet sweep all game so stop calling it!! Offense lost this game. And I would bench Smith for stopping on the safety. That was classic Smith and unfortunately this time in cost points. They don't need him to carry the ball, there are plenty of other backs that can run the ball better on this team. Defense played like shit too. Iowa is a big rushing team right? Jeez can anyone make a frickin tackle besides Peppers? Extremely disappointed in this team tonight. But with how badly Michigan played tonight, there was NO FACEMASK on that play, and in the end it decided the outcome of the game. I hate that!

I don't understand why Smith continues to be the starting RB. As far as the facemask penalty, it sucks, but had the offense played better, it would've been a non-factor. Never put yourself in a position where the refs affect the outcome.

Changes very little. There was a chance they could lose to OSU and get in still as the 4 seed if someone in front of them lost a conference title game. Now it's win out for them obviously.
