Not pretty for sure. But Michigan mistakes (fumbles/penalties) kept a mediocre MSU in the game longer than they should?ve been. Rivalry games always bring out a few extra PF?s, but some of what I saw was just undisciplined play and I?d be worried about that going forward. Now I have to drink the memory of this one away. Cheers!

First win on the road over a ranked team, not one but two passing touchdowns. Two big wins in a row on two good teams. Convincing win on the road. Big win on a rival. Michigan got a few monkeys off its back with this win.

Neither team played that well. Two pretty plays were the TD by Lewerke and the long pass to DPJ for the TD. That was about it for the game.

Rain is always the big equalizer in games like this. And it seems we always turn it over in that kind of weather. If we dont turn the ball over, MSU never scores.
