They got to change that targeting rule. I understand the reason for it but they got it make it that the primary contact is helmet to helmet. If the primary contact his shoulder to shoulder and there’s incidental head-to-head contact that’s absurd to have that be targeting.

They also need to call targeting on the offense when that side is clearly guilty of lowering their head first.
